Privacy Policy

Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Delivery details: saved addresses and your delivery pincode, so we can check service availability and deliver your orders.

Order and payment details: items in your cart, order history and payment transaction references. Card and UPI details are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full payment credentials.

Device and notification data: device information and push notification tokens, saved only when you allow notifications.

Location: approximate location or pincode, used only to show delivery availability and, during an active delivery, to track your order when you choose to view it.

Images you upload: product or profile images you choose to upload from your device.

We use your information to create and maintain your account, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, show order status and live tracking, provide customer support, manage rewards and referrals, and send notifications about your orders.

Promotional notifications are sent only if you allow notifications and keep "Offers & Promotions" enabled in your notification preferences. You can change or withdraw permissions any time from your device settings or your profile.

The app asks before using a device permission, and only for a feature you start: notifications for order updates, location for delivery availability and tracking, and camera or photo access for uploading images. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work, but the rest of the app keeps working normally.

To fulfil your order, relevant order and delivery details are shared with the restaurant or seller preparing it and the delivery partner delivering it. Delivery partners may see your delivery address and contact number for the orders assigned to them.

We also rely on service providers: a payment provider to process payments, a map provider to display delivery tracking, a hosting and authentication provider to run the service, and a notification provider to deliver push notifications. These providers process information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account information while your account is active. Order, payment and delivery records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Push notification tokens are removed when you disable notifications, unsubscribe, or the token becomes invalid.

You can update your name, phone number, addresses and notification preferences from your profile in the app. To delete your account or request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at support@tryitnow.in from your registered email address. We will verify your identity and process verified requests within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account — use the request above for deletion.

We protect your information using access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server-side validation. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and payment credentials are handled by our payment provider, never by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TRY IT NOW is a general-audience shopping service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
